African Symbol Of The Month
Share
Bohten Eyewear strives to improve sustainable living in Africa. To shed light on our African roots, we are introducing meaningful symbols from Ghana that focus on the importance of ethics in the social environment.
Adinkra are visual symbols, originally created by the Akan tribe in Ghana.
The symbols have a decorative function but also represent objects that encapsulate evocative messages that convey traditional wisdom, in different aspects of life or the environment. We will share a new symbol monthly, to share our culture and inspiration with you.
