Bôhten’s partnership with Nordstrom was a great step forward for our brand and community. We’re stocked in 11 of their stores throughout the USA & Canada and it has helped boost our presence across the North American region.
One of the major benefits of this partnership is the ability to host Trunk Shows at some of their store locations! This past June, we did just that and hosted a Trunk show at Nordstrom in the Grove in LA, California.
The Bôhten team was present and greeted customers as they came by our booth to see what we had to offer. We used the opportunity to introduce our brand to a new market and for persons to see our unreleased Acetate line from the Duru Family!
Customers tried on the range of frames available that are made from wood, metal and acetate materials and are also designed specifically to fit people of African decent.
Bôhten representative Terry Oppong was present at the sale that took place from Friday to Sunday. He said the experience was “...an interactive, engaging, fun experience that we plan to do more of. Bôhten is about community and this allowed us to connect with ours.”
