During the month of April, a range of sustainable companies are highlighted in an effort to bring more awareness to environmentally conscious brands. Bôhten was not left out of the spotlight during Earth Month as we were featured by renowned magazine and online platform Ebony.
Ebony's article "Bôhten Eyewear sees a sustainable future in its lens" featured our Bôhten frames and spoke more with our CEO Nana Boateng on how we believe “sustainability goes beyond the product.” They highlighted a few of our initiatives such as the use of plant-based materials in our frames, creating local employment in Ghana and tree planting exercises with MITI Alliance in Kenya.
