Bôhten was officially featured as one of the 10 Best Sunglasses worth investing in by Essence.com.

Essence is one of the largest media, technology and commerce companies dedicated to serving Black Women around the globe. Their website especially is a pillar in the African-American community, providing daily updates on entertainment, fashion, news and more. Our Manyara Chalbli frames made their list as one of the best sunglasses worth investing in.

With winter well on its way out and summer just around the corner, Essence.com compiled a list of sunglasses from 10 different designers to ensure you would have the perfect pair needed for your wardrobe. Included in the coveted list was our Manyara Chalbli frames. Made from Mazzucchelli plant based acetate, our frames were described by Essence.com as, "...the upgrade you need to add to your accessory Rolodex."

Of course we wholeheartedly agree.

Other brands such as Elisa Johnson, Ember Niche and Net-A-Porter were also featured in the Essence.com article. However, Bôhten stood out among the rest with its green ombre lens and boxy and round edges. A large frame made for the larger than life personality, the show stopper you truly are.
