1) What's a typical day like for you at Bôhten?
At the moment, my daily schedule revolves around two main responsibilities: editing content for the blog and managing the Bôhten Instagram account. However, most week's also involve some combination of the following tasks depending on the time of year: developing marketing campaigns, producing photo or video shoots, structuring brand partnerships with companies and influencers, organizing pop-up events, and providing retail account support to Elorm.
2) What makes working at Bôhten different from other places you've worked?
The company culture is highly collaborative and nurturing of talent, both of which can be surprisingly hard to find in a workplace.
3) What is the most challenging part of your job at Bôhten?
The most challenging part of my job also happens to be what I enjoy most about it. My role requires that I wear multiple hats and keep abreast with what's going on across many different facets of the company. The broad scope keeps me on my toes and fully engaged at all times. There's never a dull moment, I'll tell you!
4) What are your favorite pair of Bôhten frames and why?
The Abana. Why? Two words: classic coolness. I can't wait for people to see the new colorways releasing soon.
5) What cool projects are you working on next?
I'm currently working on an exciting product collaboration with an acclaimed Ghanaian fashion brand, but that’s about all I can give away for now!
