Returns and Exhanges
Our easy, hassle free return policy is part of our commitment to ensure you are happy every step of the way.
Non-prescription glasses in perfect condition may be exchanged or refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase. Offer only valid in North America.
We accept exchanges for prescription frames and orders outside of North America.
Shipping - In Stock Orders
In Stock Orders
Buy-now orders are prescription (Optical and Sunglasses with custom prescription lenses) and non-prescription frames (Optical and Sunglasses frames only without custom prescription lenses) that are currently in stock.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Frames under this category are delivered within our standard delivery window of 14 days. You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order at any time.
Shipping Abroad
From this website, we ship abroad; however, the customer will be responsible for any customs and duty charges.
RETURNS
In the event of a return,the delivery fee applied at checkout is non-refundable. Customers have up to 30 days to return items purchased.
Refunds and Replacements
You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 20 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Bohten will not provide free shipping labels for refund returns.
If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse. Free shipping labels will be provided for replacement returns.
We only accept returns on items purchased from Bohten.com; items purchased from Authorized Bôhten Retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Shipping - Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order for Bohten Eyewear, you acknowledge that the product is not yet available and that it will be shipped to you within 30 days. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
If you have ordered multiple items, we may ship them separately, depending on availability. You will be notified by email when each item is shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on your location.
If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and we will issue a full refund if your order has not yet been shipped. After 48 hours, you will be eligible to exchange your order with another order of equivalent value.
Please note that our pre-order shipping policy applies to all orders, including international orders. International shipments are subject to the review of the customs officers, which is beyond our control, therefore the customer is subject to pay any additional custom charges.

Warranty - One Year
A purchase from Bôhten entitles you to a one-year exchange warranty on products that may have manufacturer defects. This applies only upon presentation of proof of a manufacturing defect and proof of purchase from an authorized Bôhten dealer. Bôhten Eyeglasses reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects.
Warranty - Two Year
Our customers may also qualify for an extended two-year warranty upon completion of the following steps: Email us at info@bohten.com with the customer's full name, location and a scan of their receipt.
Wholesale
- 20 business days delivery window for frames that are in stock.
- 30 business days delivery for frames that are not in stock (Pre-order)
- No refund on any products only exchanges.
