Republic Spirit X Bohten - Accra December 2021

Right down to the end of 2021, Bohten kept busy as we attended and showcased our frames at Republic Bar’s slew of events in Accra over a three day period. From December 27th - 30th, 'Republic Spirit' hosted three events - two conferences and a music festival. The conferences included an array of workshops, lectures, networking, showcases and exhibitions while the music festival had a line up of Ghanaian artists you wouldn't want to miss.The first event to kick off the show was their Small Business Investment Conference on December 27th hosted at La Palm Beach Hotel. The event featured a variety of small businesses here in Accra and was host to speakers who shared insight on key industries and trends in the business market globally as well as locally. 
Bohten's presence was felt as our representatives provided a wide selection of frames and information for attendees. Moreover, keeping in line with our 'Better Every Day' initiative of giving back to the community, Bohten offered free on site eye examinations to the conference's participants. This was a key factor to our attendance as we wanted to contribute to the wellness of our community especially during the holiday season.Our co-founder and CEO Nana B also made an appearance as he joined the panel of speakers to share the Bohten journey and how we've adapted over the years.
Day two was a Creative Arts & Music Business Conference which tackled present opportunities and challenges one may face in such a dynamic and ever changing industry. From NFTs and Tokenisation to African Game Development and Animation, there seemed to be something for everyone. Again, Bohten was on site and available for free eye exams and encouraged attendees to shop our creative designs.To wrap up Republic’s host of events was the Republic Spirit's Music Festival. It boasted an energetic line up featuring artists such a Pure Akaan, Ria Boss, Darko Vibes, Feli Nuna and Sena to name a few. Bohten too had a presence at the event that lasted till the wee hours of the morning.
