Sight can make the difference between a life of poverty and a life of opportunity. By enabling someone to see clearly, you increase their chances of living a more fulfilling life. Today is World Sight Day, an annual day of awareness to focus global attention on blindness and vision impairment. We would like to take the chance to introduce you once again to our friends Sightsavers. With a presence in more than 30 countries,this UK based charity works to prevent blindness, restore sight and advocate for social inclusion for people with disabilities. For every pair sold, a donation will be made towards Sightsavers' global work in developing countries such as Ghana.
