Warranty

Covered: One year exchange warranty on cases that are determined by Bohten to be manufacturer defects. Bôhten Eyeglasses reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Bôhten dealer to qualify for warranty.

Send us an email with your full name, location and a scan of your receipt to qualify for our 2 year extended warranty.

If the product is deemed defective, we will repair/replace it at no additional cost. There is a 14 day money back guarantee, and 30 days to exchange 1 pair of glasses as long as they are in perfect condition (North America-wide). There are no refunds for prescription frames or orders outside of North America due to the high logistics costs but we will accept them for exchanges.
